You control wallet actions

Transactions only happen when a connected wallet signs them. Review wallet prompts before creating splits, paying, releasing funds, or refunding.

Shares can move

Share NFTs are designed to be transferable. Future payouts follow current token holders, so verify ownership before relying on a split.

Network conditions

Solana availability, wallet behavior, RPC performance, and transaction confirmation are outside the interface's direct control.

No guaranteed outcome

Shareway helps route payments according to on-chain split data. It does not guarantee market value, resale liquidity, tax treatment, or dispute resolution.
